  • Fulfillment Window:** Delivery operations run daily from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM (including Fridays).
  • Same-Day Delivery:** Guaranteed for all online orders placed before 5:00 PM.
  • Next-Day Delivery:** Applies to all orders placed after 5:00 PM.
  • Rates:** Standard delivery is AED 25. Free delivery is automatically applied to orders with a net value of AED 300 and above.


📍 Abu Dhabi Delivery Schedule

  • Fulfillment Window:** Delivery operations run daily from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM (including Fridays).
  • Same-Day Delivery:** Available for online & retail store orders till 11:00 PM.
  • Express 1-3 Hour Delivery:** Available for Abu Dhabi orders placed between 10:00 AM and 11:00 PM for a fixed rate of AED 40.
  • Next-Day Delivery:** Applies to all standard online orders placed after 5:00 PM.
  • Rates:** Standard delivery is AED 25. Free standard delivery is applied to orders with a net value of AED 300 and above.

 

📍 Al Ain & Northern Emirates Delivery Schedule

  • Fulfillment Window:** Serving Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  • Next-Working-Day Delivery:** Guaranteed for all orders placed before 5:00 PM.
  • 24-48 Hour Delivery:** Applies to orders placed after 5:00 PM.
  • Rates:** Standard delivery is AED 25. Free delivery is applied to orders with a net value of AED 300 and above.

Upon placing your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. A secondary dispatch notification will be transmitted as soon as your courier route is initiated.

## NO DELIVERY WILL BE ARRANGED FOR PERSONS LESS THAN 21 YEAR, THE RECEIVER SHALL PRESENT AGE PROOF DOCUMENT ( ID OR PASSPORT ) UPON DELIVERY, OTHERWISE THE PACKAGE WILL NOT BE HANDED OVER TO THE RECEIVER.
